Hydraulic press safety operation regulations
1. The operator must understand the structure, performance, mechanical transmission principle and electrical knowledge of the press; it should be filled with appropriate lubricant before use.
2. The safety protection and safety devices on the machine must be complete and reliable.
3. Keep the foot switch spring and the surroundings of the controller clean and tidy. Do not place blanks and other items, and pay attention to check whether the parts are damaged or malfunctioning to prevent serial rush injuries.
4. Disassembling and disassembling the mold must be stopped. It is not allowed to press the button to align the mold. The flywheel must be adjusted by hand. When calibrating the mold, the upper and lower molds must be aligned, the clearance must be appropriate, and the stroke cannot be too deep. Turn the flywheel by hand to test run, and you can drive after confirming that it is qualified.
5. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to put your hand between the mold cavities, and the material should be delivered and taken with pliers, tweezers, hooks or other special tools.
6. When two or more people are operating, only one person can master the foot switch, and they must act in unison and cooperate with each other.
7. During the operation of the machine tool, the operator's mind must be highly concentrated, and it is not allowed to make jokes with others. It is necessary to stop after talking.
8. The leftover material or parts beside the mold or on the workbench should be removed by bar or brush. Do not clean by hand.
9. The removed mold should be stored on the designated safety rack or returned to the warehouse, and should not be littered anywhere.
10. If the work is washed out or iron scraps are biting on the mold, it must be stopped for removal.
