There are eight aspects of controlling the hydraulic press's electrical process. Through these eight aspects, the hydraulic control's electrical control process is more intuitively reflected.
(1) Fast forward the master cylinder, put the switch in the automatic position, press SB2, the AC contactor KM is energized, and the motor starts. The intermediate relay KA1 is successively energized, and the solenoid valves 1Y, 3Y, and 6Y are energized. At this time, the hydraulic system supplies oil to the upper cavity of the master cylinder, and the master cylinder quickly descends with the assistance of the fuel tank;
(2) The master cylinder is advanced. When the slider contacts the travel switch SQ2, the intermediate relay KA2 is energized. At this time, the solenoid valves 1Y, 3Y, and 7Y are energized, and the master cylinder is changed from fast forward to industrial advance.
(3) Holding pressure of the master cylinder. When the pressure of the rodless cavity of the master cylinder reaches the pressure set by the pressure relay, YJ is closed, and all the electromagnetic directional valves are de-energized to maintain the pressure;
(4) The main cylinder is depressurized. After the pressure is maintained for a period of time, the intermediate relay KA3 is energized, the electromagnetic directional valve 4Y is energized, and the upper cavity of the main cylinder begins to depressurize;
(5) After the master cylinder is retracted, the intermediate relay KA4 is energized, the solenoid valves 2Y, 5Y, and 12Y are energized, the lower cavity of the main cylinder is fed with oil, the slider returns, and the stroke switch SQ1 is touched, and the movement stops.
(6) Eject the workpiece, press the button SB4, the intermediate relay KA5 is energized, the electromagnetic directional valves 2Y, 9Y, 10Y are energized, eject the oil from the lower cavity of the cylinder, and press the piston rod upward to eject the workpiece;
(7) The ejection cylinder is retracted, the button SB5 is pressed, the intermediate relay KA6 is energized, the electromagnetic directional valves 2Y, 8Y, 11Y are energized, and the hydraulic oil enters the upper cavity of the ejection cylinder, and the ejection cylinder returns.
(8) Stop, press SB0 or SB1, the hydraulic machine stops working. If the hydraulic machine is connected to automatic mode, pressing SB3 can also stop the hydraulic machine from running.

(4) The main cylinder is depressurized. After the pressure is maintained for a period of time, the intermediate relay KA3 is energized, the electromagnetic directional valve 4Y is energized, and the upper cavity of the main cylinder begins to depressurize;
(5) After the master cylinder is retracted, the intermediate relay KA4 is energized, the solenoid valves 2Y, 5Y, and 12Y are energized, the lower cavity of the main cylinder is fed with oil, the slider returns, and the stroke switch SQ1 is touched, and the movement stops.
(6) Eject the workpiece, press the button SB4, the intermediate relay KA5 is energized, the electromagnetic directional valves 2Y, 9Y, 10Y are energized, eject the oil from the lower cavity of the cylinder, and press the piston rod upward to eject the workpiece;
(7) The ejection cylinder is retracted, the button SB5 is pressed, the intermediate relay KA6 is energized, the electromagnetic directional valves 2Y, 8Y, 11Y are energized, and the hydraulic oil enters the upper cavity of the ejection cylinder, and the ejection cylinder returns.
(8) Stop, press SB0 or SB1, the hydraulic machine stops working. If the hydraulic machine is connected to automatic mode, pressing SB3 can also stop the hydraulic machine from running.
